All Sales Are Final – No Returns
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, custom floral designs, and live plants, all sales are final.
Returns are not accepted under any circumstances.
Quality Concerns
We want you to love your order. If there is an issue with the quality or condition of your floral arrangement or plant:
Concerns must be reported at the time of delivery or pickup or within 24 hours at the latest.
After 24 hours, we are unable to provide replacements or adjustments, as product care and environmental conditions are outside of our control.

Our team will review the situation and, if appropriate, may offer a replacement of the same or similar value. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only at our sole discretion.
Custom & Designer’s Choice Orders
All custom, event, or designer’s choice floral designs are final sale.
These items are created specifically for your order and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
Substitutions
Seasonal availability and market conditions may require flower substitutions. We always maintain the overall value and style of your order. Substitutions are not grounds for return or refund.
