Looking for a good florist from across the country can be tricky. I took a chance on Floretco … and I’m glad I did. Ordering over the phone was quick and easy. I was told same day delivery (even though I was ordering late morning) was doable. I was skeptical, but they did it. What really impressed me was their communication throughout the process. They sent me a photo of the arrangement as soon as they made it. Then they sent me a photo when it was delivered to its destination. Talk about customer service! I’m blown away. What a great florist. Floretco will be my go-to in Chicago from now on!!!
